McMillion Research in Charleston, WV =interviews over the telephone for market research.
Caller identified himself as Steven on behalf of the Dental Industry. Asked to speak with an office manager or person who handles our insurance claims. Claims to be doing a study.
Calls about once every couple days for the past two weeks. Usually, after 9 pm, though sometimes during the day. Never leaves a message. Comes up on my phone as "potential spam", so I never answer.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
