Just got this call in Iowa on my cell phone. I have gotten similar calls from different numbers (one in SC and one in NC) in the last two weeks. This is getting stupid.
Just received a call from the number also. I let it go to voicemail. They seemed to have let voicemail pick up, waited a second or two, then hung up. I am so sick of calls like these.
Got the call @ 7:30pm PST on 10/27/10. I'm in San Francisco. I didnt pick up, they didnt leave a message. Glad to find out that it wasn't an important call!

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
