got the call 10/26 around 4:30. We're in WA state. Same number posted from Montgomery WV. Called my cell, went to vmail as I was on the cell. Oddly enough, the only thing I could hear was what sounded like a bit of my own message I have for my recording. Heard this briefly. It was an 8 second call, mostly silence.I don't call back as I've read they can unmask your number coming through with name etc. I never use a greeting with my cell number or name, only "please leave us a message."
Just got this call on my cell. It sounded like plates banging and then a Spanish-speaking woman. I just hung up because there was no response when I said hello. GA (phone area code is WA state though)

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.
