This is a scam that continues to call from many numbers. Blocked them all to no avail. They just spoof other numbers. Its always credit card or some other debt scam.
I received a call from this number at 11:17 am, November. 25, 2019. Voice mail message was a threat for non payment. I will not call back. It is a scam. Diane
Today is 11/05/2019. Told them to remove my number; if not, the FTC would love them. Placed me on hold and after 3-4 minutes, they simplyhung up.

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
