Damn, I was hoping someone knew concretely who this was. Oh well. From what I see in the comments it's a pretty simple explanation that comes to mind: These types of calls are robots fishing for numbers that have a live human on the other end. They compile huge lists of numbers where they can expect a person will actually pick up. Then they sell these 'hot lists' to foreign telemarketers who don't give a f*** about American law. Also, phone number spoofing is something an 8 year old could figure out, so never expect that a phone number you see is actually connected to that number unless you know the person. Don't even trust big name banks, insurance, etc, all are fraud targets, you should always hang up and dial the official number of the company to confirm that they really are needing you to do something. I just never answer my cell anymore lol.
Received this call on my work phone. When answered, it was a recorded message that was all in Spanish - no idea what it was saying as I don't speak Spanish and not sure why it would be calling a business number for Supreme & County Courts.
When I answered it was some recording in Spanish. When I called back it said the number was not in service.
Went to the park with boyfriend came back had a missed call called it back than looked up the state than looked up the whos calling me from this number & got this page someone is playing games with all of us! 16 Pages Wow!
Just got a call from this number, it came up listed as a wireless number from Wyoming. It's a t-mobile number, with a private listing. I answered and you could hear what sounded like the ding noise when you put your key in the ignition. I said "hello?" they said nothing and promptly hung up. Jerks.
