Call to my cell left a 3 second silent message on my voicemail. Number is one digit off from another number that called, automated message about health insurance.
Open Enrollment Health Insurance scam. They call several times a day, never leave a message and call from different numbers every time.
Re' open enrollment for health insurance. I got 4-5 call/day, and I'm just out of surgery. Nuisance!

They have called over 16 times and just hang up when the voice message comes on. No message is left.
