Called and asked for me but delay on pickup is an auto dialer for a telemarketer - told her I wasn't here and would take a message:" tell him home center called."

missed call/no message. Had called 3x in a few mins a week ago. On to the blocked call list.

I took the call. My caller ID said it came from a cell phone. I asked the name of their company and they said it was the Home Improvement Depot. I asked them where they were located and they said Universal City. I kept him on the line while I looked up the company on the contractor's license website. There is such a company in that area. So I asked him for his call back number. He gave me a number. I said thank you and said I would call him back. I looked up the number he gave me. It was the cell phone number private person. It did not match the phone number of the company listed on the contractor's license website. So I don't think the call was legitimate.

Another one of those annoying telemarketing calls. When will they stop?
