P.S how do I block a number?

I got the card in the mail that the CDC was conducting a survey about vacinations. That's all fine with me. But my problem is they obviously know I have young children, and yet they called my landline phone at almost 9 at night, which could have woken my kids up.

I keep getting calls from the same number wanting to know all about me and my family basic about my personal life.

They've been calling since December 9. Twice or more a week. Approximately 8 calls in total to date. Last call received 5 minutes ago. If I answer they don't speak. They leave no voicemails as well. There is also no way then for me to 'opt' out or sign off. I wish to no longer be bothered by said company CDC who violates policies on conducting surveys for research institutions. I should not be dealing with 'telemarketers' to my personal cell phone.

I answered these calls twice and requested them to stop. I have no minor children and don't want to participate in this survey! The calls keep coming! Even on Sundays after 8pm. I had to resort to sending an email to the CDC and to these people directly. I have MS and sleep at all hours. I can't be dealing with calls I don't want. I stated that I'm sure their "mission" is important and don't want to give them a bad name, but if the calls don't stop I will have no choice but to pursue other avenues. I guess I will await the outcome before going further.
