Well, I'm glad I did not answer calls from this number especially after researching an unfamiliar number and what I've read online about this company - if they even are a company. I'm on the do not call lists and re-entered my numbers which apparently in their case, they have gotten around the rules by claiming they are associated with the CDC. I've made numerous complaints to all the complaint sites and even through my attorney general's online complaint form. I was out of the country for all the calls so they came in the middle of the night. Any company or even government associated or government offices should not be soliciting information about our children, or grand children in my case, over the phone. Don't we have enough child abuse in the world to not be subjected by people calling for information about out children. Disgraceful. As to the person responding just take the call and complete the survey - I guess you don't care for the privacy of yourself or your children to release such information to someone you have no idea who they are or what they do with the information.

They want to know about immunizations? Well I immunized my phone line from your calls using the block feature so you should have the answer to your question.

This number keep on calling me through my cell phone and my land line. Didn't know how they got my numbers. First, it's a woman who called and asking about information of my kids and that the time I felt uncomfortable and made excuse that I'm busy and call back. And there you go, they never stop calling and leaving messages. My doctor got all our records, why do I need to give them that information? Why do they need information like names, birthdays, etc. of my family which for is a NO, NO. Never give personal information to something like that who just called you from nowhere. This is a big SCAM who wants to steal your identity. I will just block their number.

Yea i vet you they keep calling me and they left a voicemail and it was blanck nothing

I have been harassed by this number since last week, almost every day. Could it be stopped? Where should I complain about this?

This number calls my cell phone frequently and leaves no voice mail. No business should be calling my personal cell phone with calls, mine is only for family and friends.

I've gotten several calls from them and it's pissing me off to!

Actually you can put cell phones on the DNC....I have mine on it and have received calls from this number 4 times in 3 days

left no VM so I called back.."Phyllis Smith" answered..she started talking & I hung up. Shady!

Stop calling won't answer go away!
