They are talking a survey about immunizations. Either the College is funding them or some Gov. agency.

While this call did appear to be from the National Opinion Research Center rather than from a telemarketer, I did not wish to participate in the survey and told that to the caller. However, she kept persisting, to the point of being offensive, so I finally just hung up. The callers need to respect the wishes of those they call and accept the fact that "no" means "no"

I've received calls from this number several times. And it doesn't help to tell them to take you off their DO NOT CALL list, because they don't listen.

If they are "pre qualifying" you for this call, then they have not been using very good information!My caller ID said they are NORC U CHICAGO.

They have an email address at that page: info@norc.org. Maybe an email asking them to stop will be more effective than demanding they stop on this site where I am sure they are not even looking. I just tried it, I will see if it works.

The caller indicated they were with the CDC conducting a survey on childhood diseases. More Govt. intrusion. I told them I do not do surveys and to remove my number...fat chance.

They called me in WV about a week ago. I answered because I have family in that area code - big mistake. They said something about picking me for a survey, so I simply hung up. This was on my cell phone. They have called my number back repeatedly and I simply never answer. They have never left a message until tonight. Tonight a female voice left a two word message to me, and I quote: "F*** you." Pretty amazing message for a supposedly legit group doing a supposedly legit survey.
