This number keeps calling my cell phone how do I stop it ?

Home Depot appliance delivery follow up call

I work for Home Depot the call is the repair service calling to make sure you had a good experience. Many companies use the same repair companies nation wide. GE provides the delivery and repair for many brands and sub brands like Americana. Maytag and Whirlpool in some places are independent since they are actually part of another company. It includes Kitchenaid and others. they just want to know it you has a good experience. If you did tell them the person that came did a good job or not. If they pressured you to say they did tell them that. I just got my GE replacement parts from a microwave I bought and they sent me 5 new light bulbs (I needed 1) and 5 shelf clips for the rack and I needed 2. I gave the guy a big kudos and did not mention the extras..

My guess is that the FREIGHT COMPANY that is contracted by several retailers to do Appliance Delivery is doing follow-up calls. Had two appliances delivered today and just got the call myself.

This morning I had a dishwasher installed by Home Depot. Two calls from this number later in the day.

From what I can tell...this is a Sears related call for setting up, then following up on service calls. I just had work done on my dishwasher.

I think alot of companies use the same vendor for appliances b/c my paperwork for our dryer shows that it was sold to the store we bought it from and consigned to us.

Been getting calls from this number after purchasing an appliance from Home Depot.

Have been getting this call twice a day for 3 days so far... so far every time I answer nothing happens... very annoying. I got a home ytheatre receiver repaired by sears recently. Like a couple weeks ago.. I will probably block the number to stop the unresponsive calls!
