The guy that fixed my Maytag recalled dishwasher said I'd get a call from these guys every day at dinner time until I responded. Just got a call - no voice, no message, just like others here. Annoying, but apparently nothing to worry about.

Received 3 new appliances from Home Depot today, call was left without message. Calls back ring busy.
Had a dryer delivered from Home Depot today. Home Depot uses GE for all their deliveries - regardless of the brand or appliance. I suspect Sears does also. This would explain why the same # is used regardless of brand/appliance - at least purchased at Home Depot.
Home Depot doing an automated survey shortly after the guys pulled away from the curb. The delivery guys who dropped off our new washer and dryer in Dickson City, Pa, were out of Allentown, Pa, and they were fantastic. The process of ordering - to find out the clerk put in the order for the wrong dryer (an electric when we asked twice for gas) is a pain in the [***]. Still, it's ultimately our fault for not triple-checking his work, I suppose. Better luck next time.Unfortunately, the automated dialer is borderline-retarded, because when I picked up the phone (after checking here to see who it was, natch), it was already asking the last question ("Was your delivery satisfactory? Press 1 for yes, 2 for no."). The answer to that was a resounding ONE, but damned if I don't feel like calling them and giving my own automated survey."Do you encourage your employees to pay attention to the customer and do their job correctly? Press 1 for no."No other option.Oh, well.... sucks even more because Home Depot probably knows I'm not going to be bothered with Lowe's, so even if they do a half-assed job, I'll still shop there. I'm a glutton for punishment.
