Received a call from this number. I thought it might have been my sister (same area code) so I called back: It belongs to INNOVATE MARKETING TECHNOLOGY. It was an automated answering system so I didn't listen any further.
Multiple calls in a row, caller ID says Chicago, ILL, never leave a message. Annoying. I am on nonotcall.gov. Like that really does any good.
These people will not stop calling my # which is a cell phone and therefore results in my occurring unwantedcharges.
I have been receiving a steady number of calls from this number, but it only rings twice and then disconnects. I wasn't going to answer the call in any event. I went back (today, 12/20/10, at 12:05 pm pst) to recent calls and added this unknown caller to blocked status.
National do not call center has received a formal complaint from this number and has turned it over to us.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
