Got a call last night at 9 p.m. 3/30/2012..caller ID said IPSOS. Looked up IPSOS..they show location in Paris, France..but not with the number 312-775-1287. IPSOS is a marketing company from what I found.

I too recieved a call from SYOVATE Wed 12-22-10 at 3:33pm.They left no messge. I have placed them on my blocked phone list with Comcast. I also plan to report them to the DO NOT CALL people for what it's worth.

I kerp getting calls, have no known affiliation, want them stopped.

Received call on cell (which is on DNC list) on 12-05-10 at 8:26pm. Was on Facebook at time and phone never rang, just showed as missed call.After reading this thread of 3 yrs+, if receive more calls, plan on filing in Small Claims Court for my $500 penalty as provided by the DNC law.

Many "wrong numbers" lately with same modus operandi; rings twice, hangs up, no message. There were two exceptions . . . one caller asked for wife, wanted her info on shopping habits. Another claimed to be from a political party. Strange calls go back to March 14th.

Got call from 312-775-1287. Didn't answer because it wasn't in my phone, and I am on a limited number of minutes on my plan, and I don't advocate answering since they would not leave a message, and they are obviously not friends or family. DOMI on this same post said that this number along with "253-473-3386" now if that # had called me I might have answered it since I am currently in Washington (state) and that is an area code from here. I am currently stationed at Ft. Lewis. Is the government selling my # to these companies so they can subsidize their income? Or is this just someone in the military selling my # so they themselves can subsidize their own income???

I got calls from this # 2 nights in a row and it shows up as IPSOS on my caller ID. I did not answer the phone so I have no idea why they are calling. I too am on the No Call List.

Caller ID read Chicago, Illinois. Male asked me if I would take survey for consumer related questions. I declined and he asked if someone else in household would like to participate. Her called on my landline phone. I told him no and he was polite in accepting my declining.May be legit survey company but I have no way to find out. Either way I don't like talking phone surveys as you don't really know who your talking to especially when the company doesn't show on caller ID. Person was polite, I'll give them that much.

My Caller ID shows IPSOS and same as above hangs up when I answer. Im not sure but I believe it may mean I(in prison needs help). Prisoners call randomly to get a number then may use it for their personal use even make a collect call somewhere trying to charge your number. DONT ANSWER!!

Stop calling unless its job you may be calling me about, I'm currently in Kuwait and don't appreciate calls at 2 am, thank you.
