IPSOS id on phone. Didn't answer, no message left

Number came up as Illinois. I answered but didn't say anything. A woman started saying Hello a few times before hanging up. Anyone that I actually know would text me.

I am sick of these F——g phone calls. I got 9 of them the other day...IPSOS..Invalid #...some scam medical services....one was using a legitimate bank #.I. So much for the Do Not call list. Oh yeah got one “can you hear me?” SCAM .SICK OF IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

29 Pages points to a scam or multiple scams. came up on caller id as IPSOSGlobal Market and Opinion Research Specialist. not sure if the phone rang downstairs but the number they called is on the do not call list. and that includes whoever these Clowns are.

Wanted to verify my identity by comparing it to bank transactions. Said they were conducting a survey for Pima heart.

This is a firm that is hired by multiple companies to make robo calls to gather information. First they ignore the DNC list second they call all hours of the day and third do not respond to their call, if you do they will put your number in their permanent call data base. Just block the number.

Did not recognize the number. Did not pick up. ID said IPSOS. Came to this site and just as I figured it was a SCAMMER . Thank goodness for this site

Calling about our business use of cables and enclosures. I asked if she was buying or selling. She said neither, she wanted to ask a few questions. I told her no, we have work to do, no one is going to talk to you.
