Scam artist with a fake caller ID number. Anyone who calls using a spoofed number you can rest assured, is a criminal out to get personal information/steal your money. This place called me & I'm on the f3ederal Do Not Call list. It is ALSO illegal for ANYONE to "robo-call" you since the FCC passed laws against it in 2013, unless they have express WRITTEN permission. They can't robo-call you cell phone or call your cell phone to solicit you whether you're on the DNC list or not either. Please report all calls to the FCC (for the robocall & spoofed call back number) AND FTC (if you're on the DNC list) since they are violating multiple laws across both agencies.
called 12/17/14 at 210pm only to leave no message at all. caller id is member services. these people are thieves and need to be arrested.

They were rude to me when I answered the phone and stated that I was not interested. I pay birch communications, my phone company every month to have my number unlisted, and they are selling it to robo callers and scam artists. There should be a law to prohibit this.

Received today, did not answer so went to my Voice Mail which just announces, "Leave your message please." Caller opted out of leaving a message, as requested. So, after activating my privately owned device, within my home, disturbing my peace, and still given the option to communicate by leaving a message? "Nothing" . . . but another act of 'trespassing' and 'breaking and entering' from these 'thieves' of my valuable and irreplaceable time. There oughta be a law!Caller: 800 Service

Claim to be discover card. I don't have that disreputable card and haven't had one for 20 years, so they have no reason to call me. Very suspicious.
