Dec 10, 2014, at 1130am called just to leave no message at all. These thieves have a caller id of "member Services".

Spoofed Numbers: Caution, 313-355-5255 is a "spoofed" number, which means that whoever called you "tricked" your caller ID to display an incorrect phone number. Telemarketers do this so you cannot complain, but they failed... you can still file a complaint here to fight back against unethical telemarketers.

Caller ID is (Member Services). Recorded message starts out that the FBI is warning home owners about scams and these people will sell you a service to protect you. The caller ID fooled me once but I will not answer any more.

Before getting Caller ID, I would answer theses calls from "Member Services" (Rachel) and try to push the button to be placed on their do not call list. It seemed to work for a while, but now they have resumed calling. I hesitate to call them back to get removed since my number will then be logged as working number to be sold to other telemarketers or even transferred to another originating "Member Services" phone number.

No good to cancel your landline. Telemarketers are calling cell phones too. It is robo calling with spoofed numbers, some from out of the country. Do Not Call list can't stop it, can't sue them. About all you can do is not answer, block them if they call from the same number more than once. Pushing #1 to get on their do not call back list is a waste of time. They are scammers and nothing is sacred. Try and trace them before calling back to see if they are legit or scumbags. If their call is important, they will leave a you a message.

Someone giving away free security system. When I waited and was connected to an agent that I was not interested and wanted to be placed on their DNC list, agent responded with " Well, Bully for you" and hung up on me.

Before you associate with any business or person, please look it up here. You might just want to run the other way if you find it here. Why would a person in Detroit, MI want someone in Chicago to do business with them. They say this is a bad area and I do not want them coming here. Bad people are a dime a dozen. I know a lot of quacks in Chicago, I do not have to have them from Detroit.

Caller ID read: "Member Services" Answering machine has an automated message offering a "free" security system. Nothing is free, particularly if they call you and don't even know you. Blocked.
