I have received several phone call from this number. I have not answer the phone call if I do not reconize the number
I'm from Canada and I often get calls from this number, where a recorded message said "Congratulations ..." It is annoying at the end, where they may well have our cell numbers? Next step, change my number, I do not see any other way and cross your fingers to stop it
Called my mobile in London 50 minutes ago.. did not answer as I don't know anybody in Detroit.
They just called my cell in Ottawa.... it was a guy breathing deeply and he was whispering but I couldn't tell what he was saying. He hung up after about 10 seconds. Very creepy!

I can tell you how a lot of these a$$holes are getting our cell numbers. Angry Bird is a good one for this!!! I Angry Birds and many other apps that people install on their cells ask permission to monitor incoming and outgoing calls and check the identity of the numbers called and received. Most people don't read the notices and just install the app because they want to play the game. And this is why we get calls and text messages from people we don't even know!!!!
