Keeps calling, Indian accent. Can't understand him. Told him to quit calling, he called again and got a rape whistle blown into the phone. Hope it popped his ear drum.
I've been receiving calls from this number from some guys with an Indian accent, besides being annoying and asking a bunch of questions about my phone number my address, my driving record, my car etc. (which I obviously didnt answer) they were rude and yelled at me!
called me yesterday, said his name was David, said he watches me everyday when I go in and out of my house, and said you are beautiful, asked if I was married, said oh you really have disappointed me now, said I called him, but I did not, he called me, really scary, what can I do to get this stopped.
DNC sells the lists. They put you on the dnc for legitimate telemarketers, and sell it to them. From what I read on thier website, DNC also sells the lists to legitimate political, non-profit, charities, etc, etc.It seems legitimate telemarketers buy the lists from DNC to avoid calling you - but do they then sell the lists they buy? Who knows.For sure, if DNC is selling lists to political, non-profits, and charities, those businesses are reselling your number as well as calling you. And they are exempt.So by putting your number on DNC, it is plausible that while legitimate telemarketers who buy the list will not call you, but you subject your number to all the others which are exempt, including non-legitimate telemarketers.I was bothered by a couple calls a day from certain telemarketers - but since I put my # on the DNC, I get 10+ calls per day, from political, non-profits, and charities, and scam telemarketers. And they won't quit, and they are exempt.Real nice.

Got a call from 13139890088 today at 3:25pm Miami time, cause I have the Android block app they just hang up.
The number appeared on my call log this morning.I do not answer non local numbers nor numbers I don't recognize. Blocked it. Am on di not call list. Will report to ftc.
