Robot left vm saying Express Scripts is trying to reaching out to inform me of my rx benefits and how to get the most out of them. Said to call back 800-429-7132. Used my real name in the message and I do have ES through my employer health plan but I've never received a phone call and I've had the coverage for about 2 years. Won't be calling back either number.
These [***] keep calling me extremely early in the morning (6:30 AM), leaving no message. I use my phone as my alarm clock and my current situation is such that my job do does not start till around 11 am, so being woken up by a 6:30 AM call literally ruins my day. After 10 years of having this number with no problems, I now have to buy a new alarm clock to have uninterrupted sleep, apparently. They also call from 314-918-6213 sometimes - I assume its them because of the hour they call at and the area code. I wish I could punch people through the phone. No idea who they are, but if they were up to anything legit they would leave a message.
It's Express Scripts a home delivery pharmacy. They left an odd vm message: press one if this is me or press 2 if not. After reading Rich's note here (thanks Rich), I called them back giving them minimal info., the phone number they called and my zip code. I explained that I was leary of the call, since their ID did not appear on the caller ID. No problem, they were able to tell me the actual prescription they were calling about, shipping date and cost. No question, it's legit.
Been hearing a lot about scammers posing as Express Scripts and trying to get info from policyholders. Sounds like this is one of those cases.
Very strange phishing call from someone claiming to be ExpressScripts. Made me wonder if they hacked private medical info from pharmacies to make these calls, or if ExpressScripts has violated HIPAA rules to make these calls. Beware!!! Caller very persistent in wanting info but very resistent to answering even the most basic of questions. Caller had that desperate tone of indentured servitude.
314-888-6251,301-880-0159 call at least 3 times a day. They were not leaving a message. The 6251 call caller I'd shows "Express scripts". I picked up the phone for the 301-880-0159. They ask for you by name. They want to confirm you have private health insurance... Then they start asking questions... They did say a name of a company but, I didn't recognize it. The caller was a male. Told them unless they could verify who they were with documentation... Didnt recognize the company name. They were not to call again and take me off of any list they used. Why won't land line companies like Century link, give customers tools to block calls on their own lines!!
