Appears there are scammers posing as Express Scripts lately, which I used to have coverage with a few years back. Rejected call as unknown and no message left. Blocked along with the other 4 unknown calls received this morning.
receiving this call 3 times a day also, no message, they are not express scripts as that company has my cell number and this is coming on my land line. Plus express scripts does leave messages if they have a problem or need to contact regarding the prescriptions, etc. This has to be part of the Anthem Scam. If you have the ability to block the number, block it.
Express Scripts. Pretty much spam trying to get you to use their service. Number comes up with just the number and location based on area code.Polite but a pita. Asked them not to call again. Unfortunately based on history they will anyway.
This is Express Scripts. I received a call from this number and did not answer thinking it was a telemarketer.I came to this website to see if there were complaints about calls from this number. When I saw that everyone was saying that they claim to be Express Scripts, I knew that my wife had called her doctor about changing her prescription. I called the number back and it was Express Scripts. Yes, they do ask for some information to verify who you are, as there are legal ramifications for discussing medical information to unauthorized individuals, but if you go to their website and call back the number given on there, they will ask the same questions. That is my recommendation, to call back using the number from their website if you think this is a scam but I checked and it is not.
I don’t usually numbers I do not recognize but when it came up as EXPRESS SCRIPTS I thought it was my pharmacy calling to let me know my RX was ready. As soon as I said hello they hung up. I came to 800 notes THAT WAS A SCAMMER CALL. Thanks 800 notes
Called them back and it is Express Scripts. They verified some info, which is to be expected, but were confirming that a medication I had ordered in the past had been cancelled. They provided me all of the information I needed to confirm that they were legit and had access to my medical information. Not a scam.
I agree, I work in health care, my out of pocket pay for my health insurance went from 89 dollars every two week to 245 dollars every two weeks
I do have Express Scripts coverage. I received a call, which I found suspicious as I have no pending prescriptions, outstanding balances, etc. I contacted Express Scripts directly, and they told me they have NOT placed any calls to me at all. This is a SCAM. I agree with a post above, possibly related to Anthem hack.
Just got a call from this # on my cell phone - didn't answer as didn't recognise the # - looking at this site, most are saying coming from Express Scripts. I have Express Scripts as well, but there is no way I would discuss any medical info with anyone over the phone that I did not personally call myself - I'd call the company directly on the 800 # listed on their website.Beware before answering or even calling this # back!!!!!
