This is a band of ex-convicts that would still be in prison but for a federal court judge ordering California to release them due to prison overcrowding. Telephone fraud is considered a non-violent felony so the police and our government will do nothing about these callers
Again, SRVC CALL on my CID and again just a silence - very likely some call center and robocaller. Location appears to be Santa Anna/Los A. CA, but the number can be spoofed. Blocking this and similar numbers now - range block for all 32360960xx. I have been using the ShouldIAnswer mobile application from these pages, works fine, can stop such calls and also a range of numbers (wery usefull for call centres). No problems.
Got call on cell 9-22-15, 1:53pm. Rang 4 times, left no message. Blocked number after reading posts on 800notes. My number is on Nat'l Do Not Call List, worthless.
