These scumbags called me non-stop without leaving a message. I ended up calling back to see what it was about. They claimed to be Credit One Bank. I recently acquired a card from Credit One, but this was not them! My first payment was not due for 2 weeks, but they demanded that I pay over the phone on the spot with them. I said I'll pay online and they tried lying by saying if I pay online, that there will be a $9 fee and that it takes 7-10 business days to post, so even if I paid 3 days before the due date, I would get hit with late fees. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE EVEN A SECOND OF YOUR TIME!!!! They tried their hardest to rip me off, I was transferred 3 times and I think it was the same Asian woman all 3 times.

It's really them. But I agree they started calling me 10 days before it's due and when I tell them exactly when I am making the payment (still long before due date) they still called. Just told them the next time they will be reported for harassment.

Have called 17 times in 3 days

It's Credit One bank. But what really burns my britches is the fact that my payment is not due until the 5th and it's only the 3rd and the payment is in the mail so they should be getting it any day now. Why are you calling me when my payment isn't even due. That's ridiculous and that's harassment.

No it's not a scam, it's Credit One Bank calling about a payment....

They had my account activity of payments I've made in the past...and how much I paid so I think it is Credit one however my payment isn't due for 2 more days kept pressuring me for a over the phone payment. I told them nope I'll call Friday when it's due, to the number I always call for payments.

Stop calling me at work

I started using creditone over a month ago and there is no way a credit company that keeps on calling and a Spanish lady left a message. I don't speak Spanish nor any info with my card stats it. I'm assuming it's a scam or how they got my info......I have another credit card and they don't call me at all....something isnt right. If it's creditone then my phone would say that....it said "Texas caller"

RGetting 10+ calls a day. Been going on for three weeks or more.

Called already twice today. Claiming to be credit one. Funny thing is, when I call the number on the back of my card, I can't make a standard payment over the phone but yet their so eager to get me to pay over the phone!!!!
