Real estate phishing scam to try and steal title to my property by posing as a buyer/investor

This caller kept trying to call wanting to buy a property I don't own, but the prior owner of my phone number. Probably somewhat harmless, but I am on the do not call list, he should NOT be calling me, so I am tagging him as not safe.

Received a text from this number today about their colon kit. As always with these types of texts, I block the number without responding and report it ass spam.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
