I got the same call just now and it scared me at first but thank God I searched the number before I call.

Just found this on my voice mail this morning. I'm glad to have found this forum. I think these may be the same people who used to call, harass and threaten me with criminal action if I didn't send them money for a payday loan I never took out. This is the same idea with laughable legal knowledge, ("restraining order" ? please!) and the threats of being arrested. Sadly, these guys will keep this up because someone is going to be frightened into sending them money.

It's unfortunate that I can't answer the phone at work because if given the opportunity if let these [***] have it like no other and then I'd call them every single day just so I can laugh at the Indians named john, Paul, etc. Two can play this game but only one makes a statement. Lol!!

These people keep calling me from different numbers. It is such a scam. One guy actually got mad because I was asking him questions, so he started to use profanity and then proceed to say really vulgar things. He finally hung up when I told him I was going to report him to the Federal Trade Commission. I asked him if he was a terrorist because I felt threatened and he got upset and hung up. I normally would not answer these types of calls, but I like making them feel uncomfortable and scared. If they are calling me, they are asking for me to harass them instead.

I received this message for the 1st time. I dont want to,deal with this mess. I am,so tired of scammers.

Oh, and I forgot, the recorded voice (they used an American sounding recorded, electronic voice this time--they are getting a little smarter) used the term "motion to show cause". These guys are just throwing legal terms out there to try to scare us. These guys have heard the terms by watching American tv, but have no idea what they are.

These people are calling me on my job regarding a complaint. Leaving embarrassing messages with my co workers to call them back. When I do call back I get a recorded message saying the voice mail is full. The said it was in reference to a complaint against me.

Don't be scared. If you accidentally answer the phone just keep saying hello ... hello like you can't hear them. They are not legit. You can report them to your local AG's office.They don't have a leg to stand on.

I just talked to these people. I almost fell for it but once they told me I had to make a payment today or I will have to appear in front of a judge I said bring on old white wig! I'm not paying on a fraudulent debt of which you can't tell me anything about besides it was a payday advance"when I've never had a job!!!"
