What is bad is that when they call your work place, they state who they are looking for, which makes a person looklike they are in trouble. Lucky enough 99% of the times I am the one who answers the phones, but there could always be that 1 % I wouldn't.
I have had the number call me many time I wanted to stop. I just had a call 2mins ago. They to me to call them in 4 hours or I will be pull in court. I have NO loan with the payday loan..
Recieved a call from this same number saying the same thing. There's a complaint about and I have 4 hours to give them a call have my lawyer ready and I might have to appear in court and garnish my wages.
I thought the "restraining order" was classic. I get these calls all the time but never heard that one before. Isn't a restraining order to proctect a victim that is being harrassed? If a bill collector puts a restraining order on me, i guess i cannot contact them to resolve the issue becuase i cannot have any contact with them. These foreign folk are hilarious. I am also getting calls from 202-417-2021. Same exact recording word for word but a different voice. Thank goodness for this website and to all who report their dealings with these freaks. I feel much better knowing that i not alone.
i rec'd a call saying that if i dont call back in 4 hours i will be getting a restraining order against me ... i haven't harrassed anyone.
Same as all the rest. Showed up as private call then left a message. Got thru to them and he said he worked in litigation for a lawfirm and was trying to guess what state I was from because I have a common last name. He finally said he couldn't find me in the files and hung up. Also said his name was James Jones

Left voice mail with sound like a horn.
This caller claimed to be a rep from Intuit/QuickBooks & we needed to renew our Subscription for $1899.99. After asking a few questions things sounded strange. Asked her for our PIN # & she did not give the correct number.
Call came in. Hello, hello. No response. Disconnected. Suspect possibly WELLS Fargo (WF) , but no actual idea. Don't trust one moment.
There are 2 other numbers that are from this same number - 1-800-457-4708 and

They say they are calling for Clear Springs RX and has family name has health record.
