Another robo call from another number. Caller ID said: New York. No message left..just the usual hangup.
I just got a call from this number on my landline. I wasn't able to get to the phone in time. but since they didn't leave a me a message I presumed it was some sort of scam. I dialed *69 to see what the number was and when I did automatic re-dial go the recoding that said the automatic re-dial could not be processed at this time. That's when I "googled" the number and found this site with so many complaints about this number. I don't understand why these obvious scams cannot or have not been stopped by whatever government agency handles these things.
Same as above.....answered (dumb, but was expecting a call, so answered without looking)...nothing at other end.....will block
Called and left recorded sounding message about winning a cruise, but kept asking if I had a credit card. They kept saying, "is it ok if I ask you a few questions?" I think they were trying to get a "yes" response from me on record as part of a scam. This way they would have "proof" that I agreed to whatevr.
Called my cell phone at 3 o'clock in the morning. When I answered, there was no one there. Very annoying!
I got the same call but on my home land line phone. same story aboout the cruise. hung up but it would not disconnect. blocked the number with my phone service. very annoying. i am on do not call registry so i don't get why i got this call.
The caller from this number is a Nigerian prince. He said he had tried to reach many people--I'm sure including many in this discussion thread--but so many folks hung up on him or didn't answer. Well, your loss, folks, because he is going to make me a very rich man. Suckers!
SCAM CALL.According to the guy "his records showed we recently stayed at one of their resorts" (1. We haven't stayed at ANY resorts, and 2. he never once identified who he was with). Apparently "they forgot" to offer us a free stay at a Disney Resort, when we rented a car from Avis or Budget, but if I have a valid credit card to reserve a car rental, he'd set it up for us.
DIDN'T ANSWER-THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE. WENT INTO CELL SETTINGS AND BLOCK THIS CALLER.

When you answer the phone they hang up. They are trying to see if the number is actually associated with a person or not. Most likely they will clone the number.
This number called the other day didnt answer as I didnt recognize the number. Turns out my hunch was right another spam caller. It's the only calls I get nowadays

Received a text from this number today about their colon kit. As always with these types of texts, I block the number without responding and report it ass spam.
