Scam IRS call saying we're being arrested for failure to pay taxes. Shut down this number and locate the culprits
When the caller stated he was from the Internal Revenue Services I immediately knew it was a scam. The proper name is Internal Revenue Service, no s on the end. The call originated from 213-141-5162. I received a similar call yesterday from area code 213. Both have now been blocked.
Received a message saying that this was an Officer of the IRS, and that they had filed a lawsuit against me. "This is your last warning." As an attorney, I have to say this is a sham.

Automated message claiming that they are an officer calling from the IRS, and that they are filing a law suit against me.
Caller left voicemail stating "This is an office from the Internal Revenue Service. This is an official final notice to inform you that the IRS has filed a lawsuit against you. Please call 347-637-6194".
