I have received calls from this company a number of times. Yesterday, I decided to speak to someone to ask them to stop calling. The caller answered the phone by saying Carter Financial. When I told them that i was on the no call list and could I speak to someone about not calling again, the gentleman that I was speaking to asked if I wanted the number to the head office. The number he gave me was actually the number to a porno service. Not impressed! This shouldn't continue. Is there anything we can do to stop this?
just got this crap call (redorded) saying there is NO problem with my credit, BUT I had to act quickly in order to take advantage of THE low interest credit that was available to me... yada yada yada.... a loan offer ... ie crap!! Annoying ! American Do Not Call list has no effect in Canada. You have to block this number via your phone or phone provider.
I pressed one to talk to someone, I claimed I didn't have a credit card, (I have two) and asked how they got my number, the man replied with "Um I think one of your ex boyfriends gave it to us" and hung up on me. The automated thing said that it was for lowering interest rates on my card and it was my final warning because it was going to expire.
Here it is a holiday and I am getting calls from telemarketers. I am getting fed up with these "people". Can't they get a real job where they won't annoy the rest of the population?
"Cardholder Services" wanting to sell you a long but masquerading as your credit card company.
Just called here. I presssed "1" to talk to a real person. I said, "PLEASE take" and before I could say "me off your calling list". the person hung up. So irritating.

I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
