When I return the call the machine say its Chase bank and if we are Felix K Alisia then press *. We don't have a Chase account. My mother has Florida number but is living in Honolulu with me. We are getting calls at 3am. I tried calling "Chase" from one of the earlier posts. They want "my" credit card information to check their records. I hung up.
Called and hung up, left no messagee. Called three more times then left a message with static and unidentified noise in the background.
Never pay these scam criminals one penny. If they are serious about collecting any money from an umemployed victim like me, then these [***] from India should leave a message when they call. Screw them all and the donkey they ride on.
Automated call from Chase telling me my account is 6 days past due. Menu options let you make a payment or tell them when payment will be made and amount. I had already scheduled a payment online on their website.
Same here. I'm a week late on a payment and they are blowing my phone up! Calling at least ten times a day beginning at 7am~
Called leaving no message Sunday and Fathers Day. Nice touch now you will never get your money. Debt is to small to bother with a lawsuit.
They are running a scam - will not send a bill, then harrass me for being late.I have PAID my bill and they are still calling my home phone SEVERAL TIMES a DAY with no message.I intend to file a complaint.
I have registered a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry. We need to band together and stand up for ourselves, the consumer - I have canceled my account and will NEVER EVER again do business with Chase, and I am urging all my family and friends to stay away from them as well. I have registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, too. I think you ALL should as well!
