I got a call tonight 901pm. I am assuming after reading all of the notes that its a general # for a survey about how you feel you were handled when you called your health ins company or what not and had any question. I called mine Anthem BCBS yesterday and they called tonight. I didnt answer cause i dont but yes i fully agree it shouldnt be at 9pm at night.

Leaves no messages......just calls..when I called back, they note they are a marketing company. I am on the Do Not Call List

These people, whoever they are, keep calling me. I have answered 4 times and a recording says: "Please hold for an important call." If it's that important, why can't there be a real person on the other end when they call me??

just got a call from this # 7:44 pm PST Convergys Corp comes up. I did not answer and they just hung up,

They called me at 6:35pm on a Sunday, come on this is the weekend when I spend time with my sons. They didn't leave a message, so it must not have been important.

I got a call from these jerks tonight around 6 pm on my cell. I NEVER answer nos. I do not know, so I just hit the hang up button the side of my phone after one ring and bye-bye. I made a report with the do not call list. If you don't recognize a phone number...just do not answer. Tried to find out who it was but all I could find was it is a land line in Omaha, Neb. Forget 'em.....

We are on the "no call" lists. We have privacy manager. And we STILL get calls from 402-491-2800 and they leave many hang-ups.
