I did look of the company on their web site, didn't find the CEO's name, you're good. Any way, I did receive the call on a cell phone and will head off to file a complaint with the FCC.

Has to do with PayPal, I recently moved out of state, had a call from this number shortly before I moved on my old cell number, after I moved I changed my number because it's another area code, I updated my profile with my PayPal account including my "New Cell Number" three weeks later, I get this call I didn't know 402.491.2800 it said Omaha, NE and I was beginning to think "who is this?" so I called it back to see and got the recording "Please hold for a very important message" and remember having this same call just before I moved on my old number, so I looked it up on google, got to this blog and I saw a few comments about PayPal and realized that PayPal was the only place that I updated my info, so far online so it has to be PayPal or either AT&T giving out the numbers. Really a pain in the [***]
