to: From-the-inside,This is by fare the best information out there. You are correct, most people just rant, and don't even read what others have posted. I did look of the company on their web site, didn't find the CEO's name, you're good. Any way, I did receive the call on a cell phone and will head off to file a complaint with the FCC.
ALL YOU GUYS ARE RIGHT ABOUT THIS, PEOPLE ARE HACKING IN OTHERS ACCOUNTS, GETTING PERSONAL INFO AND SELLING IT TO OTHERS, THIS IS REALLY GETTING OUT OF HAND WITH OUR PRIVACY!
Has to do with PayPal, I recently moved out of state, had a call from this number shortly before I moved on my old cell number, after I moved I changed my number because it's another area code, I updated my profile with my PayPal account including my "New Cell Number" three weeks later, I get this call I didn't know 402.491.2800 it said Omaha, NE and I was beginning to think "who is this?" so I called it back to see and got the recording "Please hold for a very important message" and remember having this same call just before I moved on my old number, so I looked it up on google, got to this blog and I saw a few comments about PayPal and realized that PayPal was the only place that I updated my info, so far online so it has to be PayPal or either AT&T giving out the numbers. I live in Michigan, got a call and text from this number saying to shelter in place. Said there is an active incident and don’t answer doors unless it’s law enforcement officer. Said we’d receive another message when issue resolved.
left voice mail with 2 phone numbers on was 240-374-4607 and the other 877 (garbled)

From the QUITLINE - can be any state - PA for me - I followed their program to quit smoking and this was a follow up survey - NOT SPAM - The service was helpful and the survey harmless.
Got 2 calls from this number stating that it is a colect call from an inmate. We don' t know anyone who is an inmate anywhere.

My calls were being forwarded to this number and I have no idea how it happened.
They hung up. In the last ten days I've had unauthorized credit card charges and an identity theft related to a Medicare fraud case. I suspect this is related.

Medicredit I believe possibly is scam/fraud calls involving medical insurance, medicare. Courts WILL decide !!
