just got this phone number to my cell and using up unwanted minutes. How to stop this.
I live in Vancouver and just got this phone call on my cell saying Valued Canadian tire Customer Just won $3000 dollars travel money press 1 to accept. Canadian tire travel ? Did not do it sounds like a scam.
I got the same call and I pressed 1. A person came on the phone and asked if I was 25, I asked him if this was through Canadian Tire and he hung up on me.
Answered the call and the machine says: "Hello, since you are a valued canadian tire customer, you have received $3000 travel dollars. Press 1 to accept"I just hung up, clearly a scam! DO NOT PRESS 1

Just got a call with the same Canadian Tire travel money BS. I live in Edmonton and use Virgin Mobile.
I'm from Vancouver, BC and I just got a call from them, claiming they were Canadian Tires and that I won $3000 dollars and I wish to receive it, I should press 1. It's clearly a scam. I hung up and didn't press 1 at all.
