8 June 2016 -- Same here. Automated VM said the number of calls I would receive depended on the number of service orders I had placed. I could press 7 to opt out of program (first sign of a scam -- you can't press a menu number on a VM) or call my local Home Depot. I do not have/never have had a service order with HD. Call originated in GA. My local HD is in WI. (Second sign this was a scam call.)
it is Home depot with some message of special. I had to on Home Depot site and have my number remove. I already get e mail from them.
It is in fact Home Depo Calling. I stopped in and order some lumber to be delivered and it is their automated status update system. You can log on to your Home Depo account and edit or opt out of these phone calls.
