This lady called this morning and asked if I was Delind a I said yes and then she asked me to verify my address, date of birth and the last of my social security number. I asked her to verify who she was before I would answer her questions, she told me she would not do that, so then I said here talk to my attorney and she hung up. Not sure why they did not want to talk to my attorney but oh well.

Collection Agency!

Asked if I was Adam. Wanted my address, phone number and social. Wouldn't say what company but asked her name and she said Riley. I then said why do you need my number you called me.

I got a call by the same people today but mine was a woman did you find out if it was a scam or not.

Debt collector harassment. Attempted to set up payment plan. Was told my lowest payment they would allow me to make was $50. I have a few medical bills due to kidneys giving me issues. The other medical offices I made payment arrangements to had zero issue with me making 25 a month payments... Until this company. After I politely refused and explained I had other bills to pay I was forwarded to the supervisor Levi. He proceeded to tell me and I quote "Mrs. A I just can't understand how you can't make a 50 dollar a month payment with you owning 3 properties. If payment arrangements can't be agreed upon we will go to court and seize your 3 properties over you unwilling to pay the minimum required payment of 50 dollars a month."I asked him excuse me! Where are you getting your information from stating I have 3 properties. Levi then named off the 3 companies. I realized he saw where I had my house moved from loan companies to stop my payments from going up. So you know I didn't lose the one roof over my head.I informed him of the error of his capabilities to read and hung up. It's illegal to threaten someone with a lawsuit as a debt collector attempting to collect a first payment. I spoke with a lawyer and he informed me any debt collector attempting to collect a debt through intimidation is highly unethical and illegal. I filed papers. I recommend others do also if you have had the pleasure of speaking with Levi.

I am receiving calls all the time from this company at several different numbers. I know its this company because that is the name I hear when I return the call. However, no one ever answers just am automatef voice comes on. Please, stop calling me!!!

I get calls from this # about once every couple weeks..they never leave a message! Very annoying. They call during work hours so I cannot answer when they call.
