I live in Quebec and I just received a call from this number; since I didn't recognise the number, I rejected the call.
I think that it is an automated bot calling each number. From the looks of it I would think that that animal hospital's computer system has been infected with a virus and it is reaching out. Kamloops B.C. here.
Did not answer my cell when unknown number displayed. Seem that it is a fax number in Edmond OK for 'Memorial Road Pet Hospital'.
