Called me I live in Winnipeg , Manitoba. Called back voice mail is full. Just a bunch of kids or scam from the states ( jerks ), it is the states your dealing with. ; )
i have a feeling they were borrowing the signal from that building, its not uncommon for them to do this. didnt answer as i dont talk to people i do not know on my cell.
I think this is one of those numbers where once you answer they bill you $3 per minute on your bell phone bill
