I have gotten 3 different numbers to stop calling by freaking them out. I find that saying "I will find you and murder your family while you watch" in a calm, deep, and dark tone usually works. they never called again.

Yup, got one too. Went to my phone service control panel and told it to send "disconnected" when this number calls. If you can't block callers by phone number, switch services, there's lots of VoIP providers now.

Sorry, I am still so upset with this people from this number! Sick of them!!!My prior post, should have said "(as I had DONE sometime ago)" not (as I had gone sometime ago). Plus, I should have been consistent and said #2, NOT number two. Oh well, something has to be done with these people.

This number keeps calling me not only at home but at my work, calling my coworkersEffin [***]...I am really tired of this.they called 30 times today. Enough!

We don't even HAVE credit cards so why are we getting these calls? And all our numbers are on the National Do Not Call List as well.

We get calls from these people all the time. I, too, have gone through the "press 3, blah blah blah", I tell them not to call any more, they say sure, then they call back. I have an excellent ringtone on my iPhone of a woman screaming, loudly & convincingly. Think I'll play it next time one of these jerks calls. BTW, I'm noticing the same names of complainants with all the numbers I'm looking up. I wonder if there's some target circle we all fit into, like being on the AARP mailing list or something.

I didn't answer. They left a message saying it is urgent I call them so they can lower the interest rate on my credit card. I don't have a credit card!
