I just got a lead from one of my online marketing systems stating this number is from Mick Mouse - I wanted to call and ask for them. I always thought Mickey Mouse was a fictional character. I guess not - just kidding. I looked the number up first prior to calling. Thanks for your comments!

Got a call on my cell phone at 3:00P CST. Dead Air

1:25 in the afternoon on May 23, 2014 I got a call from some piece of [***] using the number of 407 555 1234Of course, there is no address so I can go find this [***], and rip their head off their shoulders for being a timewasting scum bag scammer.THERE SHOULD BE A CELL PHONE APP that identifies callers like this EVEN IF they try to disguise their phone numbers or locations. This way, we can track them down, and give these internet scum [***] a taste of good old fashioned justice.

I live in FL, this is not a valid phone number. called me few times. I blocked this number on my cell.

THESE JACK WADS AT 407 555 1234 CALL UP AND THEN DON'T SAY ANYTHING WHEN YOU ANSWER YOUR PHONE. They're located at 256 South Orange Avenue, Suite 113 in Orlando, Florida. 32801. That's according to an online search of their number. They have a toll free number too at 1 800 614 1455. EMPIRE MARKETING.

Nor does the US DNC apply to outside the country except in special circumstances. i.e. US businesses operating abroad.All DNC Registries are easy to circumvent. They are all just a list based upon the honor system. Most scams don't even come from north America but from Asia, Eastern Europe and parts unknown. However, just like the number that is calling us currently, THEY ARE SPOOFED!. There is no such number in Florida or anywhere else that prefixes 555 except on TV.There is no physical or financial way that any government can effectively track down every unwanted, unknown caller in Canada or the US and there is no way that any government find can find the majority of these scammers who are calling from Mumbai, Karachi, or elsewhere overseas, gather evidence sufficient to build a prosecutable case and prosecute through foreign courts. I hate them as much as the next person buy at least those Honest businesses in large, follow the DNC.And I thank God that there are capitalist still around. I will take freedom over socialism any day. Anyone who would give up freedom for security deserves neither.

I would be happy to help if I could. However, most of these scam calls that you get are flooding the US also and the DNC here really sucks. Actually it does what it was intended to do, that is to keep the honest businesses honest but most callers are scammers, coming from other countries, spoofing US call numbers and the US DNC wouldn't do any more for Canadians than Americans. Like it or not, we are all paddling the same boat since scammers know no borders.I am misplaced Texan, originally from Canada. Just got back from visiting relatives in B.C.
