This caller has called twice in one day. Spokeo says the number has been flagged ad a telemarketer. Blocked!

Six calls from this number between Sep. 17 and Sep. 21; caller ID shows only "FLORIDA." Never leaves a message. Other reports here say that it is "Chase" and/or a debt collection service scam. I have absolutely no intention of answering or calling back, as I am not [and never have been] a Chase customer and have no outstanding debts that would be referred to a collection agency.

SCAM!!! DO NOT ANSWER!!! Calls nonstop 4 or more times a day for a solid week every few months then stops and starts again. They get the numbers through Chase and it's an old number (the number they call ISN'T the number Chase has or uses anymore). They are totally out of control and have interrupted so many things by calling from 830am - 1030pm. It'll make you insane and answering it only makes it worse. I have found that if you answer on a LANDLINE and immediately and relentlessly press # # # # a few dozen times and then hang up that the number that was calling sometimes stops. It supposedly makes the auto dialed think it's not a legit number. BUT THIS SCAM IS INSANE!!!!

I just received the FOURTH call this morning from 704-732-2416 since 9am and since my Chase account IS NOT OVERDUE I picked up the phone. The lady, with an accent, said her name is Nina, her I.D. is 0390285 and she is calling from Chase Card Services and would be recording the conversation as it is an attempt to collect a debt. I immediately told her the payment was just made and she needs to stop calling right now, RIGHT NOW and I have made a complaint directly with Chase Bank. She said "Ok" and hung up the phone. I told Chase if it is not their number and not a call made on their behalf they need to investigate immediately and find out what is going on. Totally unacceptable.

Just confirmed with Chase that 407-732-2416 IS one of their departments. I lodged complaints directly with the respresentative, assuring her that I was not angry at her, that Chase's calls are unacceptable. Yes, my payment was overdue by 9 days due to my pay schedule but my past due amounts are always paid as billed. I am now calling Amazon, and told the Chase rep so, to lodge a complaint about the Amazon Rewards card issued by Chase. I don't care "who or what" the card issuer is, this is plain and simple harassment.

I have bad news for them. I'm declaring BANKRUPTCTY. Blame it on CORPORATE AMERICA and One Big Awful Mistake America. Because of these buffoons I'm not just unemployed, I'm UNEMPLOYABLE. I collect about $11,000 a year in Welfare, I currently live in my mother's house (She's in a nursing home)/ The day she dies is the day I'll be evicted. I INTEND TO FORCE THE GOVERNMENT'S HAND and give th3em a CHOICE. Do you want to let me stay in my mother's house? I'm willing to do so. On the otherhand go ahead and evict me, but doing this will FORCE THE GOVERNMENT TO PAY $55,000 A YEAR INSTEAD OF $11,000!!! The choice is theirs.
