Received calls all day and night for the past 7 days. 1 late payment, after 5 years of being on time. After this is paid in full; will cancel ALL CHASE accounts. They call my phone nonstop, sometimes before 8AM and after 7PM! It is very annoying because they are calling for my mom and not me! They must have googled my number because its on her phone plan. They never leave a message either and this is the 4th # they have called me from. The most often one is from Illinois.. I will NEVER have anything to do with Chase ever. Do NOT take your money there unless you want to be harassed nonstop and have them calling your husband/kids 24/7.

All I have been getting is calls from this number. They called me THREE times within the space of half an hour this evening. I got so frustrated, the first two times I said "F*** OFF ALREADY" into the phone. The third time I simply listened and someone call my name. I had NO idea who they were because they DON'T even leave a message! I already called them because I am on a payment plan and I told their rep that I would call them END of December! I would NOT have said "f*** off" if I knew who they were! WHY DON'T THEY LEAVE A MESSAGE! If I can't pay, I can't pay! This is why people WALK instead of paying their debts! I only found out this number belonged to CHASE because I went to YAHOO, typed in the phone number as displayed on my cell phone and am finding out from all the rest of you posters that it is in fact CHASE BANK! Why don't they just SHOVE IT! These banks have many options OTHER than harassing us ALL NIGHT!

I do not, and never did, have an acct with Chase. They've called me every day for a week.

Call the number on the back of your Chase card. I did and Chase confirmed they are not trying to call me. This is a SCAM! Do NOT give out your information.

They have left me over 50 calls from 7 different numbers in a week a few times -NEVER a message. I had 5 of their numbers blocked from Verizon. So now they are calling from a different area code. I'm gonna keep switching up which numbers I block.......I will NEVER use Chase for anything and will NEVER recommend them to anyone. They are unwilling to help when you are in financial straits, cancelled my card without any notification and obviously, are harrassing.

Hey dummies, login to your account and change your contact numbers to a bogus one. That's what I did. I lost my job and Chase knows that. I've talked to a rep at Chase EVERY MONTH about this, and I continue to get calls. It's my fault, but I can't support my family right now even, so they think I can afford to take food out of my childrens mouths...

I am getting daily calls from this number and when I do pick up, the person hangs up on my....the calls are coming to my cell phone.Please advise as to how I can stop or block this number.Thanks,

Chase has been calling me for the past week at home and on my cell phone while I am at work. I have received numerous (20+) calls on my cell phone and when I do answer it, there is never anyone there to speak with. I am getting very fed up with the harassing phone calls I am receiving from them and wish for it to stop. I have tried to set up a payment plan to keep my account on track, but they told me that I would have to pay them more than what I can afford or they wouldn't be able to help me with my account. I find this to be very unprofessional of them. If they wish to keep customers they had better start helping those of us dealing with this recession.

Somebody had been calling from this number several times a day this week and its not leaving a message. When I called to let them know to stop calling and wants me to enter my account #. I don't even have an account on this company.
