I'm in SD also.Call on my cell but I didn't answer. I called back and was told the number is out of the country.
I got the same call about an hour ago and did not answer it. I tried to call it back with a different phone and it isn't a valid phone number. I am in South Dakota as well.
REALLY? MIGHT AS WELL USE 409-555-5555. DON'T EVER CALL BACK OR PICK UP ON THIS CALL. I'M SURE IT IS A TOTAL SCAM.
Received a call from this number 07/08/2014. It rang twice and then they hung up. I googled the number; figured it was a scam.

Have gotten almost a dozen calls from this number in the last two days. Hispanic speaker, when they speak. Men, women, even children in the background on one call. Finally, blocked the number.
