Exact same thing with me. Went through, asked them how they got my number since it's a cell phone and on the Do Not Call list. They hung up. Reporting to FCC.
I've received several calls from this number, one being today (8/12/14). I have a SD cell phone & never answer when I see this number calling.
I'm in South Dakota and I've been getting calls from this number for over a month. Looking at the number I knew right away it had to be some sort of junk call or spam so I have never answered...and yet they continue to call! Do they ever get sick of calling numbers that don't answer? I'm also on the do not call list!
I have received calls from this number, quite frequently. I do not answer, they leave no message. I am assuming it is a scam of some type. They are calling both my and my husband's cell phones along with our landline. I am supposed to be on the No-Call List.
These are automated calls, and they only speak when you answer. Best thing is not to answer, but if you do, and they try to "sell" you a lower credit card interest rate, tell them that you don't need a lower rate because you pay your bill in full every month. That shuts them up every time. They don't like people who pay on time because they don't make any money.
I got a call a little while ago, did not answer it and no message left.Got a call from them more than once.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
