Received numerous phone calls from this message. The caller says nothing and then hangs up. Very annoying.
Rx "silent" message from 412-622-7386, Pittsburgh, PA, at 1350, Nov. 15, 2010 with same results as stated on this site. Curious if complaints have been forwarded to authorities???
I should have said received numerous phone calls from this NUMBER (not message). Caller doesn't reply when answered.
My caller ID identified this number as PUB INTEREST CM. Since it is the season of political surveys, I answered thinking that would be what this call was about. But it was a solicitor from League of Women Voters asking for money.

Won’t give up I never answer but they keep dialing it up. Irritating, say it’s debt collection and city says Dallas.
