They hung up but, I got a call from them yesterday to review my meds. Really, do they have Medical degrees that will over-ride my doctor/doctors orders? Do they have a plan in place that if they take me off my meds they can be sued from damages from removing me from important meds? Very scary. Very unprofessional. Very big brother.
When you call the number back that called it is the company. We say sdc for your privacy. During our new patient enrollment, we do tell the patient, not to call the number back that called but to call back the number that is left on the answering machine. Yes i am in the united states
