I am reading all this bad stuff about you and I don't know what to think. I sent you my idea and I want to trust you but now.....I just don't know. My uncle was ripped off by a company years ago...they stole his inventions and the things are still sold in stores! The company wanted more money than my uncle had and they never sent his blueprints back to him! This company was in Pennsylvania, too. So can I trust you? I have NO money at all.......
I think it is safe to say you are dealing with a less than trustworthy company or individual.Does a web search of this company give you any info about similar complaints? How is it you ended up here?
I have an idea for a product, yes, but I'm not stupid. I also insisted on email contact only so that everything will be documented. In addition, I stated that I wanted a written agreement that any idea I submit to them would be MY property and if it boils down to me having to resort to legal action, that my legal costs would be paid by them and I will never surrender my right to sue so no, I will never agree to arbitration. I stated I wanted all these reassurances in hand FIRST before I would even talk to them. It's safe to say the just blow off anything you want and try to intimidate you any way.
They're from some invention company or whatever but I never submitted any invention. They keep calling me constantly.

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.

Got my name wrong, no where near close to the person they're trying to scam/contact. Call came from North Texas, left no company name, nothing. Shady asf, 888 area code is commonly used by scammers so this may not be legit.
