I seems that if you tell them not to call they call even more just to tick you off. We need strict laws about unwanted calls. The do not call system is a joke.

This SOB called me no less than a dozen times. Picked the phone, heard nothing for seconds. Calling back, either the other end busy, or voice message saying the number had been disconnected. I filed complaint to National No Call but doesn't help.

Spam/ScamThey leave voicemail with no message, expecting you to call back. I suggest to block them.
