I also received a call from them on March 30th, March 31st, March 10th X 2, Feb 16th, Feb 11th X2, Feb 9th, Feb 4th, Jan 14th, Dec 18th, Nov 10th, on my Cell
I seems that if you tell them not to call they call even more just to tick you off. We need strict laws about unwanted calls. The do not call system is a joke.
This SOB called me no less than a dozen times. Picked the phone, heard nothing for seconds. Calling back, either the other end busy, or voice message saying the number had been disconnected. I filed complaint to National No Call but doesn't help.
Spam/ScamThey leave voicemail with no message, expecting you to call back. I suggest to block them.

BUT you can't tell me given the sheer volume of calls and the number of years this has been going on the phone company / federal law enforcement / credit card companies could not have put a stop to or major dent in this scam with a little effort.
