they have been calling me EVERY hour ALL DAY LONG. I know I missed a payment because apparently I didnt finish the online payment one day (internet went out but I thought it went through). But for real. Is it necessary to harass someone while they're working? I have literally gotten 9 calls from them today since 9am. I'm a teacher, I can't just leave and take the call. Do they think people don't work?

I recieved a call from them numerous times a day. My bill is 3 days late, and it has been explained to them every time that I am currently out of work due to medical issues and recieving no pay. Kinda hard to pay a bill with no income.

Tell them about filing bankruptcy and if they call again, note the time, date and persons name and tell your bankruptcy attorney and he or she will contact them to STOP the harassment immediately.

Work nights and sleep daytime. Ringing phone woke me up, I said hello. Someone was on the line, but would not reply. I told them if they could not say hello or respond, I would hang up, and I did just that. I called the number that showed on my caller ID. It was Kohl's, got to customer service and the rep did not want to help me as I did not have an account # and would not give her my social security# She finally checked my phone # and my name. Seems there is an account there with my phone #. When I asked for the name on the account, she would not tell me, privacy issue. I requested that my phone# be taken off that account and she seemed unsure about this. I explained that I have had this phone # for the past 4 years and I do not shop at kohl's. Please fix this! She hung up in with a very unfriendly tone in her voice.

I hope u dont mind my input to u re: ur BK...unfortunately, now a days, most Companies will not take your word that u have filed for Bankruptcy they will keep on until you give them a BK# and your lawyer information...once they have that then by law they can no longer contact u...at least until there is a BK lift.Just thought I would share that with you as most collectors wont give u that information

I started getting calls from Kohls and the 414-257-2339. I know I never had an account with them. They had wrong contact info for someone.

Just a friendly reminder not to give out any personal account information when someone calls you, it may be a scam. This most likely is a scam. I get calls, they sort of leave a voicemail, no message, just breathing.

I keep getting these calls too. Sometimes 7-8 times a day. They leave a message saying to call Kohl's Department Store at whatever 888 number they leave. I've probably shopped in Kohl's maybe three or four times ever, and have NEVER owned a Kohl's credit card! Don't think I ever will with this garbage going on.

The collection number for Kohl's that I have is 262-703-1977. 414-257-2339 might be a scam...

keep getting calls. say we owe money, when we dont. tell us they'll take us off the list, but they dont.
