This is not kohl's department.its scam.they are hackers.they get your information and make you give them money .sometimes they say they are from kohl's.sometimes they say they are from Comcast.they say different store names..they are just trying to collect money they call different numbers so they can get information or to make people fool so they can get there money.they hack your information .when ever you get calls like that confirm with store first :)

They call you from different numbers because its fraud company.confirm with store.they get your personal information like social security number then they see who you have service with.they can also hack computers.web cameras and cell phones .they are hackers bt not kohl's department

Pesky Debt Collection

I have been recieving calls after calls all day long from multiple numbers calling for a Kohls charge card. What I did was called them back, put in any 4digits as my social security #.. as I did that twice then pressed 1 for account #.. I put in *0 three times then was transferred to a call center employee. I explained my name and getting unwanted calls when ive never shopped at a kohls a day in my life. He simply took my number off the list.. didn't take but 3minutes at the most. Hope this helps somebody in the future!

multiple harassing calls

They call every day and hang up after I answer. When you call back it gives you (3) options which require sensitive information (ex. social security number). It seems to be fishy if it is actually Khol's.
