I just experience the same thing with this number but since they called a business line i just hung up. Obviously it's some children trying to play a prank.
This number called me while I was at home alone. I live in the Southern U.S. & I don't know anyone from Washington. They also knew my name, which really creeped me out.
This is "funny call" you can download.I got call from this number knowing my indecent at work I went to hospital. Probably my coworker did it. Anywho I called back to the number and find out it is a PRANK CALL service
just got a call. same number. the eff'd up thing is that less than 30 sec. later, my friend who was sitting next to me got the same number. i didn't answer it, i never answer numbers i don't know, but he did and says it sounded like a chick using a voice changer and asked him about a job application that THE CALLER had turned in to him. as he is unemployed this was very strange. could this be some type of "ghost number" that people are using to make prank calls? and how would the person from that number have my number and his unless he knew us. and if it is someone we know, why would they be calling all of you people too????? the answer "its just some friends" just doesn't add up any more.
Just got the call 10 minutes ago. Answered it and heard they were using a voice changer, it was a male. I figured it was my really good friend so went along with it. He told me he was watching me. I said "billy stop playing" he said "this isnt billy" so i said "for real billy this isnt f*****g funny" and this guy yelled at me saying it wasnt billy. Then he started asking if i liked scary movies... I asked, again, who it was and he said "that doesnt matter...im watching you" and hung up.Called billy, hes at the club. I dont have any other friends who would do this.. so how did somebody get my number to just call me at almost 1am?this stupid prank really isnt funny at all

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
